Maintaining your privacy
At Lipper we take your privacy seriously and we are committed to protecting the personal information that you choose to share with us either as a result of registering to access Lipper or by requesting information or ordering or participating in any other Lipper services. We understand the importance of maintaining your trust and confidence and we shall ensure that the personal information you submit to us through our web applications remains private and is used only as set out in this policy.

This page describes Lipper's general commitment to privacy and specifically to information you submit through this website. If you subscribe to any Lipper services, your personal information may also be gathered during registration for, or use of, such Lipper services. Storage of your personal information
The personal information that you provide to Lipper is held on our secure servers. This information will be shared within the Lipper company only. We will not knowingly disclose any of this personal data to outside parties save in the circumstances set out in Lipper's General Terms and Conditions for Registered Users of Fundfile, when you expressly consent or we believe the law requires it.
In sections of this site, you have the chance to provide us with personal identifying information such as your name, email address, telephone number etc. This personal information will be used solely for the purposes explained to you when you provide it. We also collect and record information automatically on our server from your browser including your Internet protocol address and cookie information.
Updating account information
You have the right to ask Lipper for a copy of the personal information that we hold about you. To do this you can write to us at the appropriate address specified on the contacts page enclosing a fee of GBP10.00. If you wish to update the personal information that we hold about you please contact us at the address set out on the contacts page. Lipper will arrange for any information which you advise us is false or inaccurate to be corrected as soon as possible.
Lipper web applications make use of session cookies to maintain session interaction for the duration of your session. These cookies do not leave permanent information on your computer once your session has expired. You can set your browser to disable cookies.
